By accessing or using Mayki ("the Service"), a product of JYH TECHNOLOGIES - FZCO, a company registered in Dubai Silicon Oasis, United Arab Emirates, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Mayki is a mobile application that provides an interface for interacting with the Hyperliquid decentralized exchange. The Service acts solely as a frontend interface to access Hyperliquid's infrastructure.

3. Non-Custodial Service

Mayki is a strictly non-custodial service. This means:

• We do not hold, store, or have access to your funds at any time
• We do not have access to your private keys or seed phrases
• All transactions are executed directly on Hyperliquid's infrastructure
• Your assets remain under your sole control at all times
• We cannot freeze, seize, or move your funds

You are solely responsible for the security and management of your wallet and private keys. JYH TECHNOLOGIES - FZCO bears no responsibility for any loss of funds resulting from compromised credentials or unauthorized access to your wallet.

4. No Financial Advice

Mayki does not provide financial, investment, or trading advice. All information provided through the Service is for informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and should consult with qualified professionals before making any financial decisions.

5. Risk Disclosure

Trading cryptocurrencies and derivatives involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. You should carefully consider whether trading is suitable for you in light of your financial condition. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

6. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet and private keys. Mayki is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your wallet or your failure to maintain adequate security.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mayki shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
