1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Mayki ("the Service"), a product of JYH TECHNOLOGIES - FZCO, a company registered in Dubai Silicon Oasis, United Arab Emirates, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Mayki provides a graphical user interface to interact with decentralized protocols, including the Hyperliquid decentralized exchange. The Service acts solely as a frontend interface and does not execute, settle, or process any transactions itself. All trading activity occurs directly on the underlying protocol infrastructure.

3. Non-Custodial Service

Mayki is a strictly non-custodial service. This means:

• We do not hold, store, or have access to your funds at any time
• We do not have access to your private keys or seed phrases
• All transactions are executed directly on Hyperliquid's infrastructure
• Your assets remain under your sole control at all times
• We cannot freeze, seize, or move your funds

You are solely responsible for the security and management of your wallet and private keys. JYH TECHNOLOGIES - FZCO bears no responsibility for any loss of funds resulting from compromised credentials or unauthorized access to your wallet.

4. No Financial Advice

Mayki does not provide financial, investment, or trading advice. All information provided through the Service is for informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and should consult with qualified professionals before making any financial decisions.

5. Risk Disclosure

Trading cryptocurrencies and derivatives involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. You should carefully consider whether trading is suitable for you in light of your financial condition. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

6. No Warranty / "As Is" Service

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. JYH TECHNOLOGIES - FZCO expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

Without limiting the foregoing, we do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of any data displayed through the Service, including but not limited to price feeds, account balances, or order status.

7. Protocol Dependency

Mayki relies on third-party decentralized protocol infrastructure, including Hyperliquid. JYH TECHNOLOGIES - FZCO does not own, control, or operate the Hyperliquid protocol or any other underlying blockchain network. Accordingly, we are not responsible for:

• Liquidations or margin calls executed by the protocol
• Funding rates, fees, or other protocol-determined parameters
• Protocol downtime, outages, or maintenance
• Oracle failures, price feed inaccuracies, or data delays
• Smart contract bugs or vulnerabilities in the underlying protocol
• Changes to protocol rules, parameters, or governance decisions

8. Third-Party Services

Mayki relies on third-party services that it does not control, including but not limited to blockchain networks, wallet providers, RPC infrastructure providers, and data services. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or reliability of any third-party service. Your use of any third-party service is subject to that service's own terms and conditions.

9. Eligibility and Jurisdiction Restrictions

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

The Service is not available to individuals or entities that are located in, incorporated in, or residents of any jurisdiction subject to comprehensive sanctions, including but not limited to North Korea, Iran, Syria, Cuba, and the Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions. The Service is also not available to any individual or entity that appears on any sanctions list maintained by the United Nations, the European Union, the United States (OFAC), the United Kingdom, or the United Arab Emirates.

The Service may not be available or appropriate for use in jurisdictions where cryptocurrency derivatives trading is restricted or prohibited, including but not limited to the United States and the United Kingdom. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Service is lawful in your jurisdiction.

10. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to the Mayki platform, including but not limited to the software, source code, user interface designs, branding, trademarks, logos, and documentation, are and shall remain the exclusive property of JYH TECHNOLOGIES - FZCO. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, decompile, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the Service or any part thereof without our prior written consent.

11. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet and private keys. Mayki is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your wallet or your failure to maintain adequate security. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

12. Service Suspension and Termination

JYH TECHNOLOGIES - FZCO reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Service for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Exploiting bugs, vulnerabilities, or unintended features of the Service
• Engaging in abusive, fraudulent, or illegal activity
• Violating these Terms of Service
• Compliance with legal or regulatory requirements
• Any conduct that we reasonably believe may harm the Service, other users, or third parties

As Mayki is a non-custodial service, termination of access to the interface does not affect your ability to access your funds directly through the underlying protocol.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JYH TECHNOLOGIES - FZCO, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use of or inability to use the Service
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or delays in data or price feeds
• Protocol failures, smart contract bugs, or vulnerabilities in underlying infrastructure
• Blockchain network congestion, delays, or failures
• Oracle failures or price feed malfunctions
• Liquidations, funding rate changes, or other protocol-level events
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data
• Any third-party conduct or content on or accessible through the Service

In no event shall JYH TECHNOLOGIES - FZCO's total aggregate liability exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred US dollars (USD $100), whichever is less.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration administered under the rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC). The seat of arbitration shall be Dubai, UAE, and the language of arbitration shall be English.

Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in the courts of Dubai, UAE, to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
